本周日(10月4日) 我们正常进行远程网络教学.所有老师将在周六之前发布ZOOM 上课链接。很多老师将连续使用同一上课ID，请注意。

This Sunday, Oct. 4th, we will provide virtual learning. Here are a few things I would like to bring to your attention:

1. 报名/退课/转课通知：网上注册已经重新开放。需要报名/转课的学生请抓紧时间办理手续。本周日，10月4日起，退课就没有退款了。

转课：如需转课，应填写《转课申请表》提出申请，校方将根据各班的情况作出最终决定，并发出通知。

退课：已经退课者，请提供Zelle 转账信息，一些家长只给出电话号码或者email地址，缺少Last Name，校方无法完成Zelle转账。退款只能留在家庭账户当做Credit下次使用。Zelle退款将于10/18/20开始。

Class Transfer/Withdrawal: Please submit a class Transfer/Withdrawal form via email to hxbwoffice@gmail.com. You will be notified when the Transfer/Withdrawal has been approved。

Refund Checks: The school will keep the refund as credit in your family account for the future use when the Zelle transfer information is not provided. We will start issuing refund checks via Zelle on 10/18/20.

2. Online Class Privacy Policy：请仔细阅读我们学校的网课隐私政策。 Please read the “Online Class Privacy Policy”.
